After seeing our horses' amazing recovery from her incurable eye disease and having suffered from migraines since during primary school it seemed only right I try something. Conventional options are limited for headaches and migraine and after having some
time as a 17 year old on Beta blockers as the best conventional option, it was time to try something different.
How it benefited you or your family.
Remedies made a big difference and I'm so very grateful to say that I rarely get headaches even let alone the migraines that used to mean I'd be sick, have to sleep and stay in a dark room (usually crying with the pain)!
Homeopathy is my first port of call for any ailment as I know how fast acting, beautifully subtle and healing it can be.

For my general sense of well being and as part of an holistic approach to my health. My partner at the time introduced me to a homeopath whom I saw regularly. I never looked back!
How it benefited you or your family.
It just works! In spite of all the so called evidence against by the powers that be in the medical profession. Over the years, all the various homeopathic remedies I have taken and currently take have benefitted me no end. I recommend homeopathy to all
my family and friends. Even my skeptical, allopathic drug-dependant 60 year old mother has recently become a convert and the proud owner of her own basic remedies kit!

My son has Asperger Syndrome and was struggling with stress at the age of 5. He needed to go to the toilet to pass urine at least every 30 minutes. I changed his school to a Steiner School where they play at kindergarten until they are 7, and have a stress
free policy. This is where I met a homeopath who said she may be able to help.
How it benefited you or your family.
After giving my son the tablets he virtually slept for a week. Then within he next week he went to the toilet normally and was more relaxed. Note that we had given him a placebo (a vitamin tablet) one month before and told him it would make him better,
but this didn't work!

(a) To help my son's hayfever. (b) To find a less toxic way of dealing with an appalling hangover! One of my closest friends, is a practising homeopath, and I thought I'd give it a go.
How it benefited you or your family.
(a) Apis worked immediately to relieve the acute hayfever symptoms of my son when he was a toddler. It reduced his puffy eyes and stopped him sneezing. (b) Nux vomica cleared my head and dealt with my nausea immediately.

I have had an ileostomy as a result of Crohns' Disease. I developed a rash around my stoma which made it difficult for my bag to stick. The rash spread over my body. I first became interested after a friend suggested a remedy for one of my dogs, which
of course worked, and since then I use it all the time for my animals and myself.
How it benefited you or your family.
I went to the Dr about my rash (see first question)and was prescribed steroids orally and in a cream, a steroid/anti fungal cream and two types of anti histamines. They did not work. I used Sulphur and my rash decreased daily until it cleared up completely.

My mother took me aged 13 as I had terrible hayfever and nothing the doctor did helped. The homeopathy cured the hayfever and helped a lot with allergies and asthma. I later suffered from anxiety and depression and homeopathy has been the most effective
treatment and I have tried everything including conventional medication.
How it benefited you or your family.
It has cured hayfever, allergies, asthma, injuries of all kinds, infections, teething problems, tonsillitis, warts/verrucas, ringworm, emotional problems, coughs, flu. My kids haven't needed to take an antibiotic or other conventional medicine (including
calpol) more than once or twice and they are 12 and 8.

I was being encouraged by neighbours to see a homoeopath as nothing else was helping and so I bought the book "The Complete Guide to Homoeopathy" By Nicola Geddes and Andrew Lockie on sale at a book fair, and subsequently made an appointment...best thing

The painful periods disappeared the very next month. I have since used it for many other complaints with good success.

Doctor told me I had to learn to live with CFS and this was not acceptable to me. He had minimsl options and nothing that would help. I saw a Homeopath and within a year I was back to being in good health again and have been ever since.

It cured me of CFS within a year, when my GP told me I had to learn to live with CFS!

I have always been interested in the person as a whole and found that my GP was a Homeopath who first introduced me to the benefits of homeopathy.
How it benefited you or your family.
Homeopathy has really helped me heal without the use of anti-depressants. As a family we have also used homeopathy for colds, flu, sinusitis, upset stomachs, pre-exam nerves, sciatica, insomnia to mention just a few benefits we have found.
