I have had an ileostomy as a result of Crohns' Disease. I developed a rash around my stoma which made it difficult for my bag to stick. The rash spread over my body. I first became interested after a friend suggested a remedy for one of my dogs, which of course worked, and since then I use it all the time for my animals and myself.

I went to the Dr about my rash (see first question)and was prescribed steroids orally and in a cream, a steroid/anti fungal cream and two types of anti histamines. They did not work. I used Sulphur and my rash decreased daily until it cleared up completely.

I found nothing was helping my symptoms just numbing them.

I also have short bowel which depleats me of a lot of nutrition , so my homeopathic Dr. Was very good at finding what I needed .

13 yrs ago I had been diagnosed with crohn's disease and was facing removal of my colon. I felt extremely uncomfortable with the diagnosis and prognosis, and could not live with the drug regime. At that point, I was diagnosed with Crohn's - never had this disease until the chemicals damaged me. In a matter of days, my gut was stripped of its flora and cilia, causing massive weight and mineral loss, dehydration. The severity of my body's reaction to these toxins propelled me to research homeopathic and holistic remedies.

It took Western medicine two weeks to almost destroy me. Though the natural repair will take years, I'm on the right road to recovery. Six months later, I'm eating, digesting better. The weight gain is gradual but steadily climbing. I'm much better today.
